Polybind
Navrelis' key binding mod: several mods can share one key and either all react or a radial wheel lets you pick. It also delivers the pack's default settings and key bindings.
What it adds#
Polybind solves two problems of big modpacks. Shared keys: if two mods want the same key, nothing is lost any more. Either every action fires, or a radial wheel opens and lets you pick one. Pack defaults: it ships Nytheria's default settings and key bindings so that later pack updates still reach every option you never changed yourself. It replaced the old Default Options mod.
Getting started#
- A key that several actions share opens a wheel: tap the key to repeat your last pick, hold it to open the wheel and choose.
- Movement, sprint, sneak, attack, use and jump are protected and never open a wheel.
- Open the Polybind... button in the Key Binds screen, or use
/polybind, to change how a key behaves.
Tips#
- Several of the pack's own keys share one key through the wheel, for example the voice chat actions and the waypoint keys.
- The mod runs on the client only.
