BCLib: Remastered

What it adds#

BCLib: Remastered is the shared library behind BetterNether: Remastered and BetterEnd: Remastered, maintained by Navrelis for Nytheria. It has no items of its own, but you notice it in a few places:

• World types: it provides the BetterX, Large & BetterX and Ampl. & BetterX world presets.
• Recipes: it defines the alloying and leveled anvil recipe types used by the BetterX mods. EMI shows them in their own tabs.
• World repair: when the internals of an installed mod change, its "Guardian" can offer to patch the world. It asks you to make a backup first.
• Server check: it warns when the BCLib version of a server and a client do not match.

Getting started#

There is nothing to do. When you create a new world, keep the world type that Nytheria selects (see WorldWeaver: Remastered). If BCLib ever shows the "Guardian detected an incompatible World" screen, make a backup before you apply fixes.

Tips#

• Never delete this mod on its own; BetterNether and BetterEnd will not start without it.
• If you play on a server, make sure the server uses the same pack version, otherwise BCLib reports a version mismatch.
