Lootr Remastered

by Navrelis

Structures & DungeonsModClient & ServerIn-depth guide

Gives every player their own loot from structure chests, barrels, shulker boxes and chest minecarts, with built-in loot integration for structure mods.

What it adds#

Lootr Remastered is Navrelis' maintained fork of Lootr, and in Nytheria it also does the job of the old Loot Integrations mods. It makes loot containers per player. When you open a chest, trapped chest, barrel, shulker box, decorated pot, chest minecart or a structure item frame, you get your own roll of its loot. Another player who opens the same container gets their own roll too. Suspicious sand and gravel are per player as well. Unopened containers show particles until you have looted them.

The mod also adds extra loot. When a structure chest is rolled, Lootr adds one or two stacks of items from other mods and never removes the original loot. Vanilla structures and over 40 structure mods get these extras. The Aether, the Twilight Forest, Cataclysm, Eternal Starlight, Deeper and Darker, the Astral Dimension and Bosses of Mass Destruction do not.

Getting started#

Open loot containers as usual. You do not need to rush to a structure before your friends, and a party does not share one inventory, so every member opens the container themselves.

Tips#

  • In Nytheria, containers do not refill. Once you have looted a container, your share is gone.
  • A Lootr container can be broken while you sneak, also in Survival. Without sneaking the break is cancelled with a warning. Breaking it removes it for every player and does not hand out your own loot, so leave containers in place for your friends.
  • Elytra in End city item frames are per player, so every player can take one.
  • Several End Remastered eyes come from structure chests, so each player in a group can collect their own set.
  • Two items never come out of loot: the Kibe chunk loader and the Clutter coin pouch, which Item Obliterator disables.
  • Server operators have the /lootr command family; see Per-Player Loot for the details.
